Thank you for shopping with Tashara Jones. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time after processing:
- United States (Standard): 7–12business days
- United Kingdom (Standard): 7–12business days
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all U.S. and U.K. orders over $49 (or the equivalent in your local currency). For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate applies and is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and the United Kingdom. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless your local currency is shown at checkout.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (U.K. Orders)
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees in accordance with U.K. law. Where required, applicable VAT is collected at checkout and shown before you pay. Any additional charges assessed by customs or the carrier at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a package due to unpaid import charges, any return-related costs may be deducted from your refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@tasharajones.store and we'll help track it down.
