We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
United Kingdom — Your Right to Cancel
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at support@tasharajones.store within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. This statutory right is in addition to, and not affected by, our 60-day return window above.
How to Start a Return
Email support@tasharajones.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–12 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance/final-sale items, and used products (except where covered by warranty) cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
